1. Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the visit and use of the website tt-playbook.de and the services offered there (in particular the contact form and the Player app waitlist). The provider and contractual partner is OK-MARKED LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (hereinafter “Provider”).
The paid apps TT Playbook Coach and TT Playbook Player are separate services. Their respective app terms apply, which are available within the apps or at subscription checkout.
2. Services
Via this site the Provider offers:
- information about the TT Playbook product family,
- a contact form for enquiries,
- a waitlist for the Player app launch (double opt-in).
There is no claim to permanent availability of the site.
3. No paid contracts on this site
No paid contracts are concluded on tt-playbook.de. Pro subscriptions for the Coach or Player apps are concluded exclusively inside the respective app via a separate checkout process.
4. User obligations
When using the site, especially when entering data in the contact or waitlist form, you must provide truthful information. Misuse (e.g. entering third-party email addresses, spam, automated requests) is prohibited.
5. Copyright and trademarks
All content on this site (texts, images, logos, design, code) is protected by copyright. “TT Playbook”, “TT Playbook Coach” and “TT Playbook Player” are marks of OK-MARKED LLC. Reproduction or reuse outside of statutorily permitted exceptions is not allowed without prior written consent.
6. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, the Provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited in amount to damages typically foreseeable for the type of contract. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
The operators of externally linked sites are solely responsible for their content.
7. Changes to these terms
The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms with effect for the future where valid reasons require it (in particular changes to the legal situation or adjustments to the range of services). The current version is always available on this page.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers with habitual residence in an EU member state, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected. For merchants, jurisdiction is — to the extent legally permissible — the place of business of the Provider.
9. Severability
Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
